Your rights

You have the right to access the data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Because we collect so little, most requests amount to viewing or deleting your alert subscription.

Lawful basis

We process your email for alerts on the basis of your consent, which you give by subscribing and can withdraw at any time. Aggregate, non-identifying analytics are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding which content is useful.

Exercising your rights

To exercise any right, email hello@seatgeekpromocode.com. We'll respond within the statutory timeframe and won't charge you for a reasonable request. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
